He came out within 24 hours of calling and came the next day to do the work. We started seeing water stains inside the house a few weeks ago. We were referred to Lance through our builder. They cleared an ice dam on our 2nd story roof. It only took them about an hour. He would be the first one I would call if this happens again.

Lance and his crew did a wonderful job. Worked on it steady until it was done. Looks like a whole new house.

They were fantastic. He is awesome to work with and stays right there during the work. He was recommended to us by a friend and we were very pleased. There were no mistakes and his bid was the lowest we received.

We had old batten board cedar siding on our house built in '78 that was beginning to rot on the roof line and patio so we called some siding companies for estimates. Lance Bainville, the owner of Bainville Exteriors, gave us one of the most competitive bids and also happened to be one of the few companies that got back to us in a timely manner. We ended up going with Bainville and could not be happier with the decision. Lance worked with a crew of 2 to 3 people and was here on-site every day working, even on Saturday. He and his crew are very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Lance made himself very available by phone or email for any questions and was very helpful during the process of deciding on what type of siding, features, and color. We are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them when we're ready for a new roof. I will be recommending Bainville Exteriors to any friends or family needing roofing, siding, gutters, or new windows.

They were way cheaper than anybody else that we looked at. We had gotten quotes from a few different people and their price was great. They did a great job. They were nice people and really accommodating.

Lance called back the same day, showed up on time for the estimate.  He had his samples with him and matched up my existing color. No pressure to make up mind on the spot.  I didn't even bother with the hassle of a  second estimate as the price seemed very competitive&(small job). He showed up time and did an excellent and timely job. Lance is very professional and I would definitely use him again.

This company did a really nice job with our siding project. Lance was friendly, informative, professional and straight-forward. We highly recommend him and his workers! The job took longer than estimated, but Lance informed us of the time difference and we were o.k. with it.

They are very responsive. Everything about them was good. They were on time and they did a very good job.

This is the kind of work that has to be done when it's not raining -- and it was raining a lot at the beginning of the summer, there was quite a lag between initial estimate and the day of the job. 'No fault of Lance's. The two workers who actually did the job were superb craftsmen. Lance inspected and certified their work and we're glad to have it done.

I received bids from 4 different areas and I choose Bainville because 1) I saw him rated on Angie?s list 2) He was a neighbor 3) Our kids attend the same school. 4) He was one of the two lowest bids When I would call with questions he was the right there with a call back or a stop by. It was all done by three individuals, the owner and two others. They came when they said they would and they worked long hours to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. The house looks great.

They were very communicative and excellent. They were professional and amiable. The price was very competitive.

Lance met with the insurance representative to make sure everyone was on the same page. The whole project was completed in three days. Very professional and would definitely use his company again.

BAINVILLE DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE VINYL SIDING ON MY GARAGE. THE CREW CAME OUT AND FINISHED THE JOB IN ABOUT 5 HOURS - THE GARAGE NOW LOOKS GREAT! THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS IN GETTING THEM TO COME OUT AND DO THE WORK. IT TOOK ABOUT 1 MONTH LONGER THAN ESTIMATED FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE, WHICH I THINK WAS PROBABLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT WAS A SMALL JOB AND A DIFFICULT SUMMER TO WORK - WEATHER-WISE. BY FAR, THIS WAS THE LOWEST BID I RECEIVED TO DO THIS JOB, SO I WAS WILLING TO WAIT. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN, BUT WOULD EXPECT IT TO TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. CLEANED UP THE AREA AFTER EVERY WORK DAY AND SAID THE JOB WOULD TAKE FOUR DAYS, BUT ENDED UP FIVE DAYS DUE TO WEATHER. LANCE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH, AND DEFINITELY WILL CALL HIM AGAIN FOR FUTURE JOBS.
