Excellent service. I had two large trees go down during a storm in late June. The canopy of one of them fell on the house. Ben came right over the day I called and explained what they would do and gave me the quote for the work. I thought the quote was very reasonable. They came back the next day and removed both trees and did a great job cleaning everything up. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased. They did a good job, crew was here on time ready to go with all the necessary equipment. Cleanup was thorough. I was impressed with their efficiency. Everyone on the job seemed to know exactly what their responsibilities were and they worked seamlessly and in sync with each other. One of the crew approached a few of the neighbors to see if they needed anything done while they were in the area. They completed an unexpected job for the neighbor across the street and that also seemed to go quite well. The owner was friendly and unassuming, easy to talk to. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

One large ash tree in the back of our yard went down in a storm tangled up with my neighbor's apple tree that had also gone down.   B & M was doing other work in the neighborhood and so we had them take out  those two trees.  They did such good work  that I asked Marv to take out another even  larger ash (probably 50 - 60 ft. high) that was about 6 yards from our  house (one large limb over the house) that should have been taken out years ago.  They also ground out the stumps and ground up all the wood and cleaned everything up real well.   They had 5 or 6 people working so this was all done in less than a day.   They may be a bit more expensive, but do excellent work.

They were working down the street so I asked if I could get a quote for a tree my wife and I have wanted to remove since we bought house two years ago. Once they were done with the job they were on down the street, they came by and had the tree removed, stump ground down, removed shrubs that were growing around the tree, and had everything cleaned up within about 25 minutes. Very fast and friendly. Would use again!

Since they were across the street doing major work I asked if they would be interested in trimming a couple of my trees in my front yard that would require the bucket trucks they already had on site. They said sure for 500.00 after they finished up. I told them I was leaving for a fishing trip so we went over what I needed/wanted done. I made it quite clear I wanted the branches of one tree cut back away from  the roof and both cleared so my American flag was visible from the street. He assured me that would be fine. I left and when they finished up my wife looked over what they had done. A couple of small branches had been removed but nothing done to the ones I requested. My wife mentioned this and their reply to her was they wouldn't trim those ones if it were their trees. My wife tried to call me but I was out of a service area.

When I returned I called and spoke to Marv, the owner/brother that I had spoke to before I left. He was quite insistent that he was not coming back out. When I reminded him of our agreed upon trimming he got rude and said he would talk to his brother but he wasn't planning on coming back to the area and MAYBE if they did they would do it the way we agreed upon.

I tried calling after that but they wouldn't answer my calls so of course as they expected I just gave up. Now I hear them advertising on the radio and am surprised they're still in business.

FYI, the year may be incorrect but this was my experience, they were located in Little Falls at that time.

I was very pleased with them. They did a very good job. They gave me an estimate first. They cleaned up when they left. They did a beautiful job. They were very professional. They communicated with us. He was very knowledgeable.

They were very responsive when I called for an estimate, and were out the next day to take a look and write up an estimate. The price was lower than all of the other estimates I had received from the big companies. They were able to fit me in their schedule for the next week and removed the tree and ground the stump, exactly as planned. Cleaned up the yard nicely. Will use them again!

I chose them to complete the work because of them being available and he was able to fit me in between jobs on the same day. Everything worked out just fine. They arrived right on time when they said they were going to for the estimate. Marvin provided the estimate and we agreed on a price. He and his crew came back later that afternoon to complete the work. They were all very polite and pleasant and did everything that I expected of them to do. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was complete.

They showed up when expected. They were very knowledgeable and did a quick job of removing a very large ash tree situated between my house and my neighbors. They were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up all the brush. They were competitively priced and could get the work done on my schedule. Great job Marv!

Called and left message, received a call back from Marv on the next business day. I have a relatively small lot and needed 2 trees removed that were beginning to encroach on my house and wanted the stumps ground as well. Marv is well experienced with trees and landscaping and described how he and his crew would safely remove the trees, climbing as needed, grind stumps, clear the debris and clean up. His price was very reasonable for the service and work was completed a couple days later as scheduled. All work was performed as described.

Gave Band M Tree Service a call the afternoon of 6/11 and received call back early the next morning. Told Marv what I needed done and he came by same morning and gave price. I asked when could the work get done and he said same day, as the work crew was just in Maple Grove doing a job. I had to go somewhere but didn't need to be home for the tree removal and I told Marv I'd get home by 12:30. I arrived home and the tree was removed, stump grinding was complete and all debris was removed. Marv swung by for his check. I thought it was a fair price and everything was very efficient. Real nice company to do business with.

This was a difficult job to do well, considering the size of the tree and it's proximity to the house. They did a great job. I've had prior experience with them, and they've always done well. It's great to be rid of that tree.
