We hired him and he sent his apprentices around. They didn't know what they were doing and they were asking me what to do. There were things that needed to be redone and it was very difficult for them to come back. The worst thing was the electrical box because they didn't label the box correctly. The floor system they put in was in the right breaker and didn't have a kick out switch on it. We never could get ahold of him. We left him a message.

To start he sued us and lost. Terrible from day one. Employees would only come out for an hour at a time. Every contractor we had on our house plumber, sider, framer, heating, they all pointed out things that the electrician did not do correct. We were not even finished being ruffed in. That s when we got scared and had 3 different electricians come to give bids to finish the project. They were in shock of the terrible quality that was done and things that did not meet code. Pointed things that needed to be done just to be safe to work on it. When we questioned Steve on the issues he quit the next day. Then had the nerve to demand full payment but he did not even do half of what was bid.

It took several trips as they only sent one technician at a time (which was fine). The circuit breakers were installed, but not labeled. We were told they needed two technicians to properly do this so it would be done on another trip. The exhaust fans were installed, but even though I made it clear that they were both an exhaust fan & light during the quoting process, they hooked it up on one single switch. They also knocked a tile loose in one bathroom and damaged wall on the other one, which they never even offered to fix. They cut a hole in the garage ceiling, but then decided not to use that one - the hole remains. They tied the exhaust fans into existing attic vents using duct tape and it wasn't any better than before I had fans. After I complained, they had a HVAC company correct it. They came out multiple times to label the circuit breakers, but each time only sent one tech and he snuck out each time after only marking a couple more. The labeling is still not complete.

Steve came out to see our electrical situation, where the tub was located and to over the code requirements from the hot tub manufacturer. We got a quote about week later. We communicated with Steve regarding the day and time for his team to arrive in conjunction with the arrival of the hot tub. The morning of the appointment, the scheduled time came and went. When we called Steve, he claimed there must have been a mix up and his guys would arrive at noon (hours after the hot tub was delivered). One member of his team arrived around 1 and only stayed for about 20 minutes. He claimed to have called in the parts to the next guy. The next guy arrived around 2, had to leave at 5 pm for another part, came back at 6 to find out that he did not have the right kind of breaker. So after breaking one of our existing breakers, hooked the hot tub up to the air conditioner breaker so the hot tub would not freeze overnight since it already had water in it. Came back the next day and fixed it all

They responded immediately. It cost $800 dollars less than everyone else. They also hung some ceiling fans, and lighting fixtures for me. I would absolutely use them again.
