I've been going to Auto Works for 3 years now and I am completely satisfied with their work and prices.  As a female I am very comfortable bring our cars to Auto Works knowing I will receive a fair price and they will only do the work necessary.  Excellent customer service and their work is done with care and expertise.  Quality work and company!

The experience has been good. They are convenitnetly located. They are knowledgeable and the turn around is quick.

Went very well.  Service was good and Rose went the extra mile to help me find out if my warranty was still good on my tires.  They are always able to get me in for service, have a free loaner car and are personal.

Experience was very good.  They were able to get my car in on short notice and had loaners available.  The work ended up taking longer than expected and I needed to go out of town leaving on Friday afternoon and not returning for a week.  They offered to let me use the loaner if they didn't have it done on time.  They got my car done a few hours before I planned to leave and actually brought my car to me at work - in Eden Prairie - so I could have my own car for the trip.  Very, very customer service oriented!!

Engine was over heating.brought car in.received estimate.discussed repair and options  with Wayne,owner,decided to have them do the repair.Work was done in a timely fashion,the car seems to be running well,and Autoworks gave me a 2 yr warranty.

My car wouldn't start one morning.  I called to see if they could get me in that day.  They fit me right in and verified the battery was dead and informed me that the battery was still under a warranty so I got credit towards a new battery. 

I came in a day after my appointment, I had the date wrong on my calendar.  They fit me in and had a diagnostic done in a couple of hours.  They ordered the part and it was incorrect so we needed to wait another day for the correct part.  They did an excellent job on diagnosing and fixing the issue.  I thought the price was of parts and labor were high.

Before taking our car in, I called several places nearby to get rough estimates on the work.  Auto Works was one of the cheapest and since they had a good Angie's rating, we went with them.  However, after a $30 inspection, we were given an estimate twice what I was given over the phone.  I realized there would be some variables, but double seemed a bit over the top.  However, the price seems within reason for what they were doing, and the brakes needed to be replaced immediately, so we had them do the work.

The employee who called me with the estimate following the inspection was fairly condescending on the phone.  He was nice but talked as though he assumed I knew nothing about cars and pressured me to agree to additional services (e.g. having them rotate the tires - something my husband does at home for free).

Unfortunately, we are now hearing a bad noise from the front brakes which they said were in good condition and did not need to be replaced.  We are probably going to have to take the car back.

So considering the problem with the estimate, the slightly annoying employee and the possibility of a badly done inspection, I would not return to them.  We will return to the repair shop we know and trust across town.  

They seem to do good work it just takes the entire day and possibly into the next day.  It took 8+ hrs to diagnose my check engine light and I had an appointment for right after they opened for the day.  I was not kept informed of the delay or even called back when I was told I would me.  This is my only vehicle so if it's going to be kept over night I would arrange for a loaner or make some other arrangement with family.  I thought maybe that was a one time occurrence so I had another repair done and had a similar experience.  It wouldn't have been so bad if I would have been kept in the loop but I wasn't.  If you have more than one car and are not as concerned with a lack of communication, they are polite for the most part and seem to do decent work at an about average price.

Very professional and trustworthy. Comfortable waiting area. I felt they moved quickly through the repair and were able to take on the additional repair while I waited. They offered me 'coupon' prices even though I did not have a coupon. We will definitely use them again.

needed professional unbiased opinion on condition of a van 2007 w/22,000 miles before deciding to purchase. they offer a minor and a more detailed major inspection. opted for the simpler minor inspection due to being newer and low miles on van. inspection went well. only problem was with getting written report mailed to me. had not received it after a week so called again. received report a few days later. first attempt may have gotten lost in mail ? brandon who was my contact there was very good about giving me verbal details of the minor problems noted.

Very well, I will use them again and will consider them "my shop".

They are very thorough. They are very personable and friendly. They did a great job explaining the work to me. They also did a nice job. I?ll definitely use them again in the future.

These guys are awesome. Clear, easy communication and work done when they say it would be. Have now used them twice, they'll be our regular mechanic going forward.

WE GO TO AUTOWORKS FOR MOST OF OUR SERVICE NEEDS. QUALITY OF SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM ARE EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE SOME GREAT PROMOTIONS WHERE FOR A RELATIVELY SMALL FEE YOU CAN GET BIG DISCOUNTS ON OIL CHANGES AND OTHER TYPES OF SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
