They provided excellent service and took the time to interview us beforehand to better understand what we wanted them to do and to meet our cat. They did small chores such as watering plants and checking for mail. We enjoyed seeing their post after each visit that included pictures.

She was great with the cats and very caring. Great service! Would definitely use this service again.

The service I received was FABULOUS!!!! Sunshine has her business arranged so you receive daily email updates about your pets. My caregiver, Ashlee, went way above and beyond! Washed the cat dishes she used, cleaned up where one of the cats got sick, took out the trash, brought in the mail.....she was absolutely wonderful. I will run out of room here before I run out of good things to say about At Home Pet Care. My sincere thanks to Sunshine and her team.

We are extremely happy with the care our cat receives when we are out of town. He is always calm and relaxed when we return. We receive a daily report and pictures of our cat. They also bring in our mail, water our plants, bring out our garbage cans, etc.

They were great.

They kept excellent records for each visit and overall they did a great job. My only criticism is that I wish I'd been contacted directly when there was a question. I didn't remember to tell them everything before I left, and questions did come up, but I didn't know about them until I got home. Maybe I could have been clearer that I had no problem being contacted if things came up. But the stuff that came up was minor, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

Delahna came by on 6/7/2012 so we could meet and she could be shown around the house. She started the home and cat care on 6/13/2012 and visited daily through 6/18/2012.

They are very professional and came to the house and they are very good with the dogs. They are trustworthy and leave detailed notes about their visits.

I have been with them for about a year now. I am still very impressed with them! They walk my dog in any kind of weather. Only once did the lady not make it (DeLahna Johnson). It was during a blizzard. It wasn't that she didn't leave her house due to the terrible weather. It was because her car got stuck while making the visit prior to mine....and, of course, she called and apologized for not being able to make it that day!!

They are knowledgeable about animals and observe my dog's actions during the walks. They tell me of anything out of the ordinary and have alerted me to several problems that I wouldn't have known about until they had gotten more serious.

They have sat my dog in their house while I was away on vacation. My dog has always been well-cared for in their hands.

Each of their walkers is great...never a complaint. But Miss DeLahna Johnson, is exceptional! Her knowledge of animals is superior to most and even to some vets!!! I am not saying this lightly. I had taken my dog to the vet and several days later DeLahna noticed that my dog wasn't acting right and asked me some questions. It turned out the vet forgot to renew the dog's thyroid medication which I didn't know had to be taken for life. I thought it was just until her condition cleared. The dog needed additional testing and medication to get her back to normal due to the vet's error. My dog would have suffered significantly more had DeLahna not been as observant as she was.

Being older, there have been times when I've forgotten to write their weekly check. They are very gentle in reminding me. I sincerely appreciate that.

Everything went very well. Before the service was performed, we were given a free, 30 minute consultation with one of the pet care takers who asked many questions and took detailed notes so she could personalize the service we would be getting according to our specific needs and wants. We felt completely comfortable leaving the dogs in her hands and came home to happy dogs, mail on the counter and several detailed notes about each visit.

I am impressed with their professionism and care. There are 2 and sometimes 3 women that alternate taking my yellow lab for a 1/2 hour walk Monday thru Friday. It is a relief for me to know that she is being let out and exercised during the day. I really like the daily notes about what they do and how my dog is during their visit. They walk her, give her water and a treat and spend some good time with her. She is a lovable dog and I can tell they like her alot. I know that my dog sure appreciates them.

I emailed At Home Pet Care about setting up walks for our puppy to start after school started this fall. I got an email response the same day and the office Manager came over to our house a couple days later to meet us and talk about what we were interested in. She was super nice and our puppy really liked her. We went over all the details and set up walks for our puppy starting in September. One thing we have really enjoyed is the 'report card' letting us know how Jaymie's walk went. Very cute.

At Home is attentive to my needs, and are flexible when I need to add or cancel visits. Despite the fact that I have since moved across town and slightly out of their service area, they have found ways to keep me on as a customer. I am now down to one visit per day, 5 days a week, and still use them for overnight needs. I get detailed report notes from them every day, so I know if there were any issues. I've had a couple of occasions when one of my dogs needed medical attention, and At Home took them to my vet to make sure the issue was addressed. They have literally gone the extra mile for me -- which I appreciate, since you need to be able to trust the people you let into your home to care for your animals. I wholeheartedly recommend this service.

We have used the services of Jana and her assistants for mid-day dog walking on a regular basis since January 2008. Before the first visit, they come to your home for instructions and to meet you and your pets. They provide daily reports and are flexible about coming earlier or later than originally scheduled if something comes up. I can tell from the notes that they leave that they are genuinely fond of our dog. We have also hired them to take care of our cats when we are gone more than a couple of days. I completely trust them to be in our home and take care of our pets, and I was initially nervous about having strangers in our home.

We were very impressed with Jana and her assistants! We have used them a number of times while we are on vacation and when our dogs need extra exercise on busy weeks. They are very thorough when they meet you and your pets. They take the time to get to know them and listen very carefully to all the details about them. They provide reports on a daily basis as to how your pet is doing and if anything special comes up (similar to the daycare reports I get on my daughter). This last time we were on vacation, they noticed that our older dog had an ear infection, they called the vet and then consulted with us and then their veterinarian trained assistant was able to clean her ear and make sure she was comfortable. We also had my daughter's fish die (not due to their care). Jana called and warned us ahead of time and made every effort to help us out in the situation in case our daughter would be upset. They are very trustworthy and caring. We are so glad they have this service!

Jana Bone and her assistant, Sarah, have both been great! We often call with last minute schedule changes, and they always accommodate us. They are dog people, and I can see that my dog likes them and that they treat him well.

We trust At Home Pet Care;we have gone to Europe for two weeks and they did House and Dog sitting for us while we were gone. When we returned, our dog looked healthy, fit, and very happy. Our house was also immaculate. Our dog loves the attention they give him and also likes being in the comfort of his own home. We recommend them very highly, both for daily pet care and extended stay-with-your-pet-and-house care.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH KRIS WHEN SHE CAME FOR THE INITIAL INTRODUCTION MEETING. SHE HAS A PROFESSIONALLY DEVELOPED FORM ON WHICH TO DOCUMENT ALL PETS INFORMATION, INCLUDING SPECIAL NEEDS (WHICH WE DONT HAVE, LUCKILY). SHE TOOK THE TIME TO FIND OUT ABOUT ANY QUIRKS THE ANIMALS MAY HAVE, AND WHAT THEY LIKE. WHEN WE RETURNED, THE CATS GREETED US AT THE DOOR ALMOST AS IF NO TIME HAD PASSED, THEY WERE NONE THE WORSE FOR THE WEAR. IT IS SO NICE TO HAVE A SITTER NEARBY, KNOWING THE ANIMALS WILL NOT BE STRESSED OUT BY HAVING TO GO TO A KENNEL AND DEAL WITH ALL THAT ADJUSTMENT. IM GLAD I FOUND KRIS!

THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME EVER HAVING AN UNKNOWN PARTY TAKE CARE OF OUR TWO BICHON FRISE DOGS (DUE TO WORK SCHEDULES/HUSBAND OUT OF TOWN). KRISS CAME RECOMMENDED FROM A NEIGHBOR AND LIVED UP TO THE POSITIVE REFERENCE. KRISS CAME TO MEET WITH US AND THE DOGS BEFORE HAND AT WHICH TIME WE WENT OVER A FORMAL SERVICE CONTRACT AND PET CARE INFORMATION FOR THE DAYS IN QUESTION. KRISS LEFT A DETAILED REPORT (PET REPORT CARD) EACH DAY SO WE WOULD KNOW HOW THINGS WENT. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY HIRE KRISS AGAIN AS WE FOUND HER TO BE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. IT ALSO WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR THE BICHONS, WHO TOOK TO HER IMMEDIATELY.
