Furniture - Sales
The complaint we have is with the extended warranty. We never buy an extended warranty, but the salesperson, and this is a direct quote, said:" Even if you forget to take a screwdriver out of your pocket and puncture the chair it will be covered." Because we had a six month old puppy that liked to jump on the furniture we thought it might be a good idea. She poked a couple holes in one of the chairs. When we called to get it fixed we were told it was not covered because the dog did it. Our dog is now trained, we will never buy extended warranty and we will never buy from Ashley Furniture again.
