EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE TIME AND COST TO MEET WITH THE ARCHITECT AND DISCUSS THE BASEMENT PROJECT AND POTENTIAL FUTURE KITCHEN AND GARAGE PROJECTS. MR. ECKARDT WAS PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO WORK WITH, AND PROVIDED WHAT WAS ASKED FOR. THE COSTS OF THE PROJECT WERE WITHIN WHAT WAS ESTIMATED AT THE CONSULTATION. A SLIGHT DELAY WAS ENCOUNTERED IN RECEIVING THE STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS; HOWEVER, THEY WERE RECEIVED IN TIME FOR OBTAINING THE PERMIT AND COMMENCING WITH CONSTRUCTION.
