Apple Store Rosedale Center

It was great - they made time for us though we did not have an appointment and they fixed my phone no problem. For my friend's computer they we able to diagnose it and recommend many options besides just buying a new one although that is what she ended up doing.

They are very good with the service. They are always there if I need anything. They have all kinds of expert people.

Brought my I-pod in for repair. They ended up replacing it at no cost. My Ipod is the only apple product I own so far. over all I had a good experience at the apple store. a bit of a wait at the store and had to reserve to get repair service using their web site. but was treated well at the store.

I was having a problem getting on a website and signing off and the sign off button was being worked on. It got to a point where I had to download a different browser and it turned out to be my browser. I have a MacBook Pro and what it turned out to be was just a preface setting. I was told over the phone to download a different browser and they did not even bother to help me with it. I had to go to their store. They told me to download Google chrome. I have had the computer for a little over a year and I haven't been able to get IDVD to burn to the maximum that it is supposed to when a DVD is made. I have been going around in circles with apple on the phone and the supervisors were actually telling me that I should be happy with it. I had to go to the store in Rosedale and they were able to fix all these problems. I sat there until they got it to work. I paid extra for the apple care service, so they did not charge me extra to have it fixed. They have just been awful with me. I have had good experiences at the store at Rosedale every time I went there.

Price is per year. The two trainers that I worked with on the last visit were excellent.

I'VE BEEN TO THE STORE A FEW TIMES. SOME OF THE SALES PEOPLE ARE REALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SOME ARE SO-SO, BUT THEY DON'T PRESSURE YOU, WHICH IS NICE. REAL LOW-KEY. ONCE I DECIDED TO MAKE A PURCHASE, IT WENT SMOOTHLY AND QUICKLY. HOWEVER, WHEN I DROVE AROUND BACK TO PICK UP THE COMPUTER, I COULDN'T FIND THE DOCK DOOR. SO I'D RECOMMEND THEY LABEL THEIR BACK DOOR. ALL IN ALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
