We have not closed on a home yet however I can say they return my calls very quickly. They are very courteous and professional. So far so good with dealing with them. They give me all the information upfront and explain everything in great detail.

WORKED WITH COMPANY PRESIDENT, JUSTIN JURKOVICH, TO LOOK AT OPTIONS FOR REFINANCING MY MORTGAGE FROM A FIXED RATE TO AN ARM. NEEDED A SMALL SECOND MORTGAGE BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY PMI. JUSTIN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MADE SURE NOT TO RECOMMEND PROGRAMS THAT WERE NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR MY FAMILY (INTEREST ONLYS OR NEGATIVE AMORTIZATION LOANS). HE KEPT EVERY GUARANTEE THAT HE MADE. HIS BIGGEST PRIORITY WAS MAKING THINGS WORK OUT FOR THE BEST. WOULD DEFINITELY WORK WITH HIM AGAIN.
