I stumbled across an through a community education class on Hoarding. I wanted help on decluttering and some decorating ideas to get my house ready to put on the market. She helped with decorating ideas, paint colors, etc. We started in Februray and wrapped it up at the end of April. We listed our house on a Friday, had a showing on Sunday, an offer on Monday and a final negoiated sale by Thursday. I would definitely use her again. The buyers said that the main pluses of the home was that "it was all done"....and it was all coordinated. They had been looking for a house for a long time....and when they walked in, the said "....this is it...." I don't think we could have been so successful without the help of Ann. She was very direct, which I really appreciated. And, she was not afraid to do as much of the work as I needed her to do. And she was very economically. She stated an hourly price for the consulting/decorating and a lower rate for the shopping. I assumed she was serving multiple clients while shopping.
