PROCESSED THE LOANS IN A WAY THAT COST ME QUITE A BIT MORE IN THE LONG ONE. THEY CLAIMED THEY COULDNT DO SOME THINGS I REQUESTED, BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY JUST DIDNT WANT TO PUT THE EFFORT
