They are great. We have had them for a probably 10 years. The fellow that installed is personable and knowledgeable. He was willing to redo part of the security system. He has reasonable monthly rates. He cares about his clients and he knows the people in the neighborhood because he once lived here.

THE PLAN WAS WELL THOUGHT OUT. THE SYSTEM HAS WORKED SUPERBLY WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY ARRANGED MONITORING THROUGH ANOTHER PROVIDER AND MONITORING COSTS ARE VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE. SERVICE FROM MONITOR HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THE OWNER HAS ALWAYS RESPONDED TO ALL CALLS, AT LEAST ONE ROBBERY WAS FOILED.
