ALL SERVICE RESCUE

We knew that the service might actually cost more than the ad special since we have more than 8 vents in our home. Joe & Frank were professional & arrived at my home on time & hooked up their vacuum to our air duct system. Before continuing with any work, they did give me an estimate. The estimate was for $602.77! I called my husband at work before authorizing any work. Joe was able to call the owner, Nate and "negotiate" the price down from $600 to $399. While we appreciated the "break" in pricing, I am still left wondering what a fair price really is? I believe that a contractor has an obligation to come forward with their best fair price outright. Instead, this company estimated the job ridiculously high to see if we would actually pay it. When they realized that we wouldn't pay it, the price came down significantly to still get our business; $399 still seems high in retrospect but seemed much better in comparison to a $600 bill. I still think I paid too much.

3 day nightmare!! Start w/ insulation removal, dumpster delivered, drain facing home, put tarps on floor of hallway, which is wide open to kitchen and living room & did not tape off. Nate gave bid was not present most time, just workers w/ no exp doing. Started to suck out blown insulation with large tube into dumpster. Dumpster had no tarps on it and insulation was falling and blowing onto my yard and my rock driveway & steps. Stopped them gave MY tarps and taped off so to try to stop problem. Again started vacuum same problem but less then more of, gave more tarps- had NONE. Asked call nate, talked on phone, said something to them, problem continued, called nate again and he finally came over. Was visibly disturbed to have to come & do work. Tried to quit first day, quit again 2 more times! Nate said was finished when not. I did it. Worst protection for workers health. Blew mold and other around attic. There is still insul on my wall, rock driveway, car, etc. NO ducts cleaned.

I have severe allergies so I have my ducts cleaned annually. After having them cleaned I usually notice lint/dust on the air return grates within 3 months of the last cleaning. I hired All Service Rescue to clean my ducts because the owner of the company has worked for other duct cleaning companies in the past and felt their duct cleaning was not thorough or complete. He did a tremendous job cleaning my ducts. He also recommended I add a UV filter onto my furnace to trap the dust. I took his advice and the UV filter makes a huge difference on the air quality in my home. It has now been over 7 months since Nate cleaned my ducts and the vents/grates as still as clean as the day he originally cleaned them. He arrived on time, gave me a written estimate and spent 1/2 hour telling me what makes his service different from the competition. He was very professional and did everything he said he would do. I would recommend him to anyone.
