sewing machine repair
+ -1 moreTRAINING CLASSES ON THE MACHINE WERE TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE PRICE. 6 MONTHS LATER I HAVE HAD NO TRAINING CLASS. THE OWNER PROMISED HE'D SCHEDULE A TRAINING SESSION SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER DELIVERED. HE ALSO DOES NOT RETURN PHONE MESSAGES. HE IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE NAMED KATHRYN WHO IS VERY GOOD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BENDS OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP. I WOULD BUY THIS MACHINE AGAIN BUT NOT FROM HIM.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A NEW HUSQVARNA SEWING MACHINE.
