Exceptional work. More than fair pricing. He clearly loves the work more than the money and is excited to talk through his process. Pat is the kind of person you want to pay and see succeed.

Patrick does everything himself: book-keeping, scheduling, actual installation work. He has one or two helpers--but he is the one who does all the heavy lifting. As a result, sometimes it takes a while to be able to book him because he is so busy.
But he is incredibly honest, fair, reliable, down to earth, and is not out to gouge you. I have rarely seen someone so fair. He does not try to get you to buy "more" equipment than you need, and in this case recommended a more economical unit (82-84% efficiency) because the fancier, high performance ones are so expensive in outlay--and so difficult and expensive to maintain.
There are not too many workers like this around any more. I recommend him highly.
