Outstanding. The sales office was polite, knowledgeable and effective. They initiated the call to my insurance claims adjuster and the claim was processed while I was on the line with ABRA. Brian B, the installer, was exceptional. Brian provided advance notice of his arrival. He was totally professional in his work as he methodically performed the job and explained what he was doing and why. The new window installation looked great and Brian made sure that everything was clean before he left. I will insist on Brian if I need additional window work down the line.

Everything went smoothly.  I was very pleased.  They told me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. I have car rental on my insurance policy so they also made arrangements for Enterprise to bring a car to their location that I could use while my van was being fixed. Everyone I spoke with was very professional.  I was concerned about making sure the blind spot monitor wasn't affected by the repair.  No problems there.  It looks like it was never dented or scratched.  There was a piece of clear protective tape along the fender edge that started to come off after one day.  I called them back and they immediately replaced it.  No problems since. I hope I don't have a reason to go back there but if I do, I won't hesitate to do so.

Excellent, professional process for quote and communication. Quote was accurate. Repair completed earlier than expected and work was done well.

They were very professional and explained all the damage to my car in great detail, including that the cost of repair exceeded the book value. Although I decided not to have the vehicle repaired, I was very impressed with their customer service and professionalism, and attention to details. They were also very helpful in setting up a rental car. If I need auto body work in the future, I will contact them.

They repaired the car so you can't tell that I even hit a deer.  They washed and vacuumed out my car (I did not ask them to).  They called every day and gave me an update on how the repairs were going.  They were friendly and very professional.  The place itself was clean and inviting.  They went over the cost of the repairs done with my car when I picked it up.  They also went out with me to look at the car and show me  what they repaired before I left.   I would use them again in a heartbeat.

9/26/2013 ABRA did a beautiful job of fixing the front bumper. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The job was done properly and on time. They kept us informed of the status of our vehicle at all times. Very happy with their work and would use them again.

Extremely courteous and willing-to-please staff.  There was a delay due to the wrong parts being sent but they kept us informed and we certainly don't fault them for someone else's error.
Vehicle was returned to us looking good as new!

I was very pleased with all of my interactions with Abra-Roseville. All the personnel I talked with, front-desk, estimator, driver, and repair manager, were professional and friendly. Once I finally got approval and the check for getting the work done, I scheduled the job and brought the car in. The job was done in two work days rather than the 3 I had been advised it might take. The estimated repair cost was about half of that of a second body shop.

It went very well. They were very helpful and prompt. The price was a lot better than a couple of other places I checked. The job was done in a timely manner.

Cathy, the Customer Service Manager, provided a fast, accurate estimate for us and scheduled immediate service. ABRA finished the repair in two days. Everything looked great and they even brought the car to me when it was finished. I was quite pleased from start to finish with ABRA's handling of this repair. Cathy did a great job of ensuring that everything was done to our satisfaction.
