Everyone at Abbott was terrific. I had a very knowledgeable sales team member who listened closely to my needs and price point and who recommended a great carpet, which I ultimately purchased. From point of sale, through scheduling and status follow-ups, the entire experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Another plus is that they use their employees for installation instead of subcontracting out, which further strengthens their quality. They stand behind their products and services, and when making such a significant purchase, that is comforting!

They did install a window treatment with the wrong color, but they were very prompt in trying to fix the problem and have placed a rush order on ordering the correct color. I would recommend them to others.

It was fantastic. Everything from the person who helped me pick it out to the peple who came out and laid it was great. She even helped me to pick out paint for my bedroom. They had to come back multiple times because sicne we have pets, they wanted to seal the floor becuaseo f the odor. They let me seal the floor and then they came back again which was really nice. The prices were very comparable to Home Depot when comparing quality to quality.

Abbott Paint has been our choice for paint and painting supplies for over 10 years. We really appreciate the quality of the products they offer and their sales expertise. They regularly stock the Eco Spec line of Benjamin Moore paint and primer. This line of products is low-VOC and provides exceptional coverage. Although the line is a bit more expensive than other paints, it is well worth the money. There is no odor to the paint and very little odor to the primer. We often rely on Abbott's staff members for advice on how to approach painting projects. The designers in the flooring department of the store are very helpful and friendly. In the past, the same was consistently true of the paint department. Recently however, we've encountered a couple of "grumpy" sales associates when purchasing paint. We would recommend asking for assistance from Barry or from the owner Dave Abbott. Barry and Dave are very knowledgeable and pleasant. We are grateful the store is now open on Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm.
