Called ahead,arrived on time. Very happy with service.

Both my phone calls yesterday were answered, promptly, by Brian. I told him what the problem was, and he gave me a couple of approxomate prices depending on what the problem turned out to be. He was able to schedule me for the very next day, after 11 am and said someone would call in the early morning to let me know about what time he'd be out. The following day, the 'technician' called around 8am to say he'd be out sometime between 11:30 and 1:30. He arrived at around 12 and was done by 12:30 and about $150, a little less than the original price I had been originally quoted for what the repair turned out to be. My wife, who was home waiting, said he was very nice and pleasant. Good job AAA!

The installer arrived in the window specified, told me it would take 45 minutes to do the job and it was just that. He also adjusted my other opener so that it now closes properly. A pleasant young man.

They were fantastic. They were early to our appointment. The technician was very professional and very competent.

Brett was great. Called our home and my wife at work before arriving very early in the estimated time. Quickly reviewed the door situation, let me know of concerns regarding the installation and called for approval of installation. He's estimation on completion was extremely accurate. The work area was left clean. He advised me on what to look for regarding wear and tear to keep the door and opener functioning properly. I would work with this company again in the future, and I would be happy to see Brett as the tech working on my door again in the future.

Took the time to explain that the current opener was probably 'not long for this world' and covered best options, also pricing for them to install or alternatives if I bought it myself.

They are very prompt. They do a good job. My garage is an old garage. They had to come back for a few adjustments. They have a senior's discount. When I had to call them back, they were there the next day. Every time I call they will come out. No problem. They are very professional. They seemed knowledgeable. They were spot on.

One of the cables broke on my garage door. I was lucky that my car was outside.
I called AAA because they had installed the door many years ago. They called back before the end of the day, quoted me $119 on the phone and the next day fixed the door for $119. It is working well now.

I backed out of the garage before opening the door and ended up with a very large sculpture. That was on Thursday night. We called on Friday, they came out and gave us an estimate the same day and said they could have new parts and repairs done by Tuesday.. Sure enough, Tuesday we had a shiny, non-sculpted 2 car garage door. It is properlyy aligned that it sounds like a sewing machine when we open and close it. The new seal on the bottom keeps the water out. In short, what we got is better than we ever had.
Of course nothing stops my husband from telling everybody we know about what I did. It's now good for a laugh.

We talked to them at the State Fair. They came out and gave us a bid and we ordered. We had to contact them after 4-5 weeks but the doors were ready and they made arrangements to install right away. The doors look great and they seem like they're high quality. I would recommend !!

. Received information from AAA at the state fair. Was hesitant at first but after checking Angie's List I decided to get an estimate. It was much cheaper than places like Home Depot. The installer came and had the work done in a couple of hours. He took the time to explain important things I needed to know. He cleaned up and took away the old door. I am please with this contractor.

They were the only local company that we could find. The job went really well and everything is working great. They are very reliable. They were very quick and it took only a week from ordering the garage door to getting it installed. They called afterward to find if there was anything left.

This was the second fix of that rail. It was fixed approximately 18 months prior. The second technician told us to apply a lubricant to the rail so that it doesn't happy again. That was really nice and has helped thus far but, why didn't the first tech tell me that? He did great work though.

The door quality is good. The price was good. The installation was okay. The man that installed it was a little sloppy. But everything works good.

Todd came to do the site inspection and gave me a price and explained the process. I checked a couple of other companies and they had comparable pricing. I phoned the AAA Garage Door Co. and spoke with Brian, who put the process in motion. 2 1/2 weeks later (it was a custom size and I was told it would take that long to get the door in) Brent came out to install the door and opener. He was very professional and did a great job! There were a couple complications that he had to contend with and he had all the right pieces to make it work. It was installed in just a few hours. Fantastic!
