A Perfect Touch Painting

Dan Kotek broke my new gutter system. Construction company could not understand why he went through the work of removing downspouts (and missing parts). Would be simpler to cover paint around. Removing the down spouts voided the warranty and broke the ports to gutter. Also twisted downspouts causing the system to leak entirely. He sprayed paint over: storm door window, randomly spray new ceiling fan, new steel hood range. There were various paint drippings on hardwood stairs and all on the inside of the railing. Got caulk on stove, When asked to look at the damage to gutters and the estimate to repair Dan Kotek refused. Dan estimates included Sherwin Williams Extreeme Block oil primer he did not use until I caught him. He is not a business man. Fraudulent with his estimates. Will not stand behind his work. Just sloppy.
