A NEW DIRECTION CARPET CLEANING

Tom Pearson and his son Aaron did a great job of cleaning the carpets in an office suite that we had just rented. The previous tenants left the place with a few dirty/stained carpets. Tom and his son Aaron came out with just one days notice and cleaned our carpets. Tom measured the area once he seen the office space, and reduced the price because I had misquoted him the square footage over the phone. Now that's honesty! He did a wonderful job and I would hire him again. He's very polite and cares about the job that he does.

Tom arrived on-site within an hour of my call, which was beyond my expectation. He did a good job. He also went above expectations and cleaned the entire couch and the stains on the carpet below. He was polite and asked before he made loud noise (he was considerate of clients who were in the waiting room), and he cleaned up after himself.

Tom Pearson did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only did he do a thorough and great job of cleaning carpet and hard surface, but he is friendly, conscientious and completely reliable. He explained completely what work he would perform and what products he would use. He knows his stuff! Work was performed in a very timely manner, and was fairly priced. I will use him again when I need to have this work done.
