A Clear Solution Auto Glass Repair and Replacement

They made it very simple and easy to get done. Came out to my place of business and replaced it here. Did a perfect job!

I was able to get same day service and the woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Got my car in right away. Told me repair would not look perfect, which was honest and true, but OK, since chip was on passenger side of windshield. Said they would deduct the cost of the repair from the cost of a new windshield if any problem developed with the repair. I asked for and received an estimate for replacement of windshield, if I should need this service in the future, and was told there are different options, and the price for a basic windshield seemed reasonable (something under $300--I don't remember the exact price).
Facilities were very comfortable, very friendly and professional staff, work was done quickly, coffee was high quality, and the bag of Famous Amos cookies available in the customer area gave me a needed lift.

While driving in to work,  a car in front of me kicked up a stone and put a chip in my windshield.  Before it developed into something  more serious, I wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible.  I called ?A clear Solution? and talked to Jeanne.  She was able to get us in on very short notice.  We dropped the vehicle off and the repair was completed in the timeframe promised.  Great service start to finish and Jeanne was wonderful to deal with.

11am - I was driving to work. An oncoming truck spilled a rock that caused a chip in my window.
1pm - I called my insurance to alert them. I then called "A Clear Solution". They were very understanding and helpful setting up the appointment and getting me on the line with insurance. 
1:30pm - "A Clear Solution" called and said someone would be to my work within the half hour to repair the chip in my window.
2pm - Mike was on site at my work to fix the repair. I was able to move the car to an open area of the parking lot and let him take it from there. He locked the car after he was done, and I later found my copy of the work order on my dash that evening.
This process could not have been any more simple!!

From the first call I made to the final repair, they were outstanding.  Mike made the final repair at our house in a short time and so well I can't even tell where the chip was.  All aspects of their service, including the price of the repair, rated an A+.  I will use them again if needed.

9:00 AM: I realized my windshield was cracked. 
10:00 AM: Local auto shop recommended A Clear Solution. 
10:15: AM: Clear solution called my insurance company for me and arranged the order. 
10:20 AM: Had an appointment scheduled for later in the day for replacement in my driveway. 
2:00 PM: Window was replaced with no problems.

Very nice local scheduler, helped coordinate with my insurance. Installed the next morning. Great service and experience. Would definitely recommend them.

Whereas it was raining/ snowing, I drove to there location in Lakeville and the work was done inside their facility Very friendly staff, quick service and sealant works well similar to Rain-X but more permanent. Service done before I could get the newspaper read.

I had them replace three windshields over the past 8 years.  Two on a Honda Accord and one on a F150.  They came out to my work and replaced the windshield.  Very fast and convenient.  They dealt with my insurance, and unlike other company's they did not gouge the insurance.  It was a simple one call to them and they did the rest.  

Very smooth.
