They prefer to work during week days, but because I needed to get my cats out of the way, I asked them to please work over a Fri - Sun period. They did agree to this. I had moved all the furniture away from the walls before they arrived (they said they only needed enough space to get a ladder through) so they got started right away. One rooms wallpaper was coming down "ok", but the other was really, really hard. It looked like the previous owner had wallpapered directly on the drywall. They preserved (and worked long hours!) and finally got it down. However that rooms walls were damaged so they did apply a coat of plaster before painting. Both rooms did get 2 coats of paint, but now (a few months later) it looks like they could use another. I'm guessing that both rooms are still "recovering" from the wallpaper removal process. They did a great job of cleanup, even removing paint splatters on the doors from the previous owner!
