The delivery guys were EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had a $20 tip in my pocket ready for them, but new within seconds of their arrival that there was NO WAY I'd be tipping them.
They traipsed into our house without a hello, didn't offer to remove shoes or put covers over their shoes, and started ripping our old washer out of the wall. I had a baby sleeping on me, and our 3 year old was asleep in his room. I realize that washing machine installation is not a quiet job, and didn't have high expectations of them being quiet. Still, I asked them to keep the noise down, and their noise level remained absolutely excessive- banging and clanging all through the stairwell and hallway, and talking to each other really loudly.
They also complained to each other the whole time about how hard it was going to be to deal with the location of our washer (upstairs and down the hallway). At one point, one of the guys said, "I don't want to use my strength for this, man, I got plans for later tonight!" Dude. I do not care that you have plans. This is your job. This is what you do. Why do I need to listen to you complain about it nonstop? So. Unprofessional.
With both the removal of the old washer and the installation of the new, they soiled our white walls in the hallway and the stairwell. There was no apology or mention of the damage. They roughly (as in they handled everything roughly) installed the new washer, then handed me the booklet, and said, "Have a nice day," and left. They did not ask if I had questions. I don't think they even looked me in the eye. Ever.
These were the RUDEST delivery men I have ever had to deal with. If you plan to use A+Plus, do your best to get your new appliance to your house by yourself.

The staff was very helpful in my search for a refrigerator. Even though we decided to purchase a stainless steel French door elsewhere we were impressed with the staff's helpfulness while making our decision.

Two guys came and installed the machine today. I appreciate that they called to let me know they were coming. They were efficient and helpful. Since my basement is not the greatest place with a 100 year old foundation, I told them it didn't matter if they ended up scratching it against the wall- but they didn't. The one guy was great in that he made sure my dryer vent was fully functional before he left (put lots of duct tape on it).

We didn't have any problems the work that they did. The work they did was not complicated and it definitely did not take them a long time either. They were polite when coming to my home and answered all of my questions.
