I got a really good price on the machine. They were an excellent in the sales- the manager was not too pushy, let me try it, etc. I ran into a problem with the treadmill and he was extremely apologetic and helpful in this situation. The service department was difficult to work with. They didn't know how to fix the treadmill. I ended up getting a new treadmill because of this (with discounts). Joe was patient and a great sales man.
