20/20 Window Cleaning

It went very well. He came right on time and made an effort to be there with in a few days of me contacting him. He was easy to get a long with and did good work. The cost was very reasonable. We would use him again, in fact this is our second time using him.

Pete was on-time which I really appreciated. He even texted to let me know he was going to be five minutes late. He started right away and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire him again for window cleaning services.

Pete did an excellent job on the windows and the gutters. Looking out the windows is like I just got new eyes - amazing. I had put some screen type gutter covers on my detached garage and caused Pete some problems. He worked through it and got the gutters cleaned. It was easy to set this up and get the work done.

Pete cleaned a light fixture in our front foyer that's approximately 18' high. He also cleaned our front window. He was able to perform the service within days of being called and was prompt and courteous. The light looks better than it ever has. His prices were extremely reasonable, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Pete worked fast and efficiently. When he was done he came to let me know that one of our screens had ripped when something accidentally fell. He already had the screen in his truck to take in to be repaired at his cost. Excellent job and we will definitely use him again!

Pete has been washing the outsides of my windows for years now - sometimes once a year, sometimes twice a year. He is always punctual, and sometimes even early. He works quickly, does a great job on the windows, cleans the outside sills, and is gone before you know it - but your windows know it! He is very respectful of plantings around the edge of the house. Today it took him about 45 minutes and he did his usual great job!

As like the past two other cleanings, Pete does a great job. Let there be light again through the windows and water flowing thru the gutters!

I left a message, requesting an estimate for window cleaning, and Pete returned my call within an hour. He said he could give me an estimate either by my counting the windows in my home, or he could stop by early the following week and give me an estimate. Since I was not in a hurry, I requested that he come by. He called me back promptly the following week with his estimate, which was very reasonable. He was able to schedule me for the following week. On the morning scheduled, he called to say that rain was in the forecast for later that afternoon, and wanted to know if I still wanted him to come, or to reschedule. How many people do that?? Usually, if you're the unlucky one to get the rainy day, it's just too bad. I was fine with him still cleaning our windows that day, so he said he would be there in 30 min. -- which was actually even earlier than we had scheduled. Again, very impressive! He went to work immediately upon arriving, and was very efficient and quick in finishing the work. Additionally, my husband asked if he was able to do so, to peek into a gutter at the highest point of our roof (just above a window to be cleaned), to see if it might be full of leaves. He was able to do so and, in seeing a small pile of leaves, removed them from the gutter for us. That was going the extra mile, because we had not asked him to do that. In doing so, he saved us the cost of scheduling a gutter cleaner to even see if the service was necessary. He was very pleasant to talk to, both on the phone and in person. And, most important, the windows look awesome!! We will definitely be calling Pete again.
