We pay quarterly. I don't have any dislikes. I like that they are flexible if you need additional services or something extra.

We have used Tennis Sanitation for 20 years, and have been happy as can be with their service. We'll be moving in a few months - outside the area Tennis covers.  Very unfortunately for us, we will need to find new service. Tennis has the best price I've seen when reviewing other companies.  They've never played games with prices, no annual increases (no increases at all as long as I remember). We never find the trash bins tipped/thrown or out on the street. Every time we've called (e.g rent a dumpster or temporarily stop pickup) they've been very pleasant and helpful. Always excellent service in every way! I have no reservations in highly recommending them.

They're fantastic with regard to price and service. We switched to them because they were a lot less expensive, more accommodating, and had a better service. If you're gone for 2 weeks, they won't charge you. They're a good company.

I have been with them for 40 years. They do an excellent job. They are very timely. They are very competitive with other services in the area.

The first six months went fine, but now for a month, I have learned that they cashed our check (verified by my bank) and did not apply it to our account. Furthermore, they stopped providing service for "non-payment" without any notice or contact. When I contacted them and informed them that they indeed received payment, they refused to look for such payment and correct their bookkeeping mistake. Tennis Sanitation's representative hung up on me twice and refused to correct the situation, make arrangements for my garbage pick up, or refund my money. This is so even though my bank offered to fax the check that Tennis Sanitation cashed to Tennis Sanitation. Tennis Sanitation cannot be trusted and I encourage you not to use their services.

I just think that this company is courteous, like when I call to ask them a question. They are prompt and always pick up the garbage for recycling every week.

Fine -- they come at the same time every week and are very responsive if we have to call them for anything.

People I talked to on the phone were exceptionally nice. Dumpster was here early in the morning on the day that was arranged. We called when done and removed on the specified day.

I like them very much. Once in a while I forget to put out the garbage and the next week they've taken my extra no problem. I think the best part is the no-sort recycle bin they give me. I throw all of my recycle material into one big garbage-sized bin and don't have to sort it. Saves a TON of time and reduces trash.

THE PEOPLE AT TENNIS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY PERFORMED THE WORK EXACTLY AS AGREED. THE PRICE TENNIS CHARGED WAS ABOUT $80 TO $100 CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE I CALLED (AND I CALLED QUITE A FEW OTHERS). I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
