Agent came out, surveyed the roof, and measured what it would take to replace. Showed current styles available and provided a price after my selection.  Agreed upon a date.  The crew came at 7:30 AM and finished about 8:05 PM  Agent said he'd do it in 1 day and he did.  Neighbor couldn't believe they did it all in 1 day, whereas most new roofs take 3 to 4 days.  Clean-up was very good and delivered on what they said they would do.

They installed a small gutter with down spout and a exhaust fan vent on my roof.

We chose Roof Company NA to replace our roof and also put new gutters on our house because we watched them do a great job on another house in our neighborhood. The price was very fair as well. John was great to work with and did not put the hard sell on us. He was very knowledgable and earned our trust. They came with a large crew that worked very efficiently and effectively together to finish the roof in one day. They worked together as a team and everyone worked hard all day long and they were polite and professional, too. The result is a beautiful high quality roof. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

They were excellent. They were well-organized. They told us what we needed to do and what we didn’t need. They gave us an accurate quote. They completed the work in a day. They did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. We didn’t find any nails in the yard. They were very thorough and quick. We’ll recommend them and use them again in the future.

I was very happy. I hired this company because of their manager. Their manager was extremely sensitive to my health needs. He spent extra time in helping me make sure that what they did would work for me. They were very helpful, considerate and he was a real problem solver. They were on time, cleaned up and did a good job. Their manager really stood out as someone who is really special. I would hire them again.

We were very pleased with their work. They were able to finish in one day even after being delayed by a storm. The crew was very respectful and accommodating. Also the sales man was very helpful and thorough. They cleaned up really good afterward.

We met with Roof Co Inc representative John Entrikin. He helped us learn about various roofing options (cedar shake, asphalt shingles/shangles, slate and composite), which were best suited for the design of our home. We then looked at various homes with the specific materials and colors that we were interested in using. John even went to some homes we admired and identified the specific shangle/colors on those roofs. He was very pleasant, informative, helpful and punctual. The job was completed exactly as he promised he checked in while the work was in progress and again after it was done. We met with five contractors, and chose Roof Co. Inc, based on our impression of and trust in John, and the companies good standing with Angie's List, the Cedar Shake/Shingle Board, MN Better Business Bureau, MN Labor and Industry and their insurance company. Also since the company is a "certified Master Installer", we were able to get a better warranty, a fact no other company mentioned.

I took a photo of my very steep roof to the office of the Roof Co. and explained an insurance inspector had not found hail damage, but had found some maintenance, that needed attention. Tarry followed me home to look at the roof! He gave me a quote of $750 and arranged to have the work done the next day. The original plan was for his crew to arrive first thing in the morning, but an emergency call delayed them until afternoon. The two employees who came were very efficient, friendly, and polite. There was more to be done than they expected, but they worked well into twilight in a strong, cold wind to get the job done. I was charged as quoted. Tarry came by the next day to check the work and be sure I was satisfied. I was!

The job went well. This is the second time I have used the company. They were very clean after the job. They also advised me on the best time I needed to have the roof replaced. I couldn't make the schedule until after the winter hit. After inspecting the damage, they determined I could wait until spring for the replacement since it would be better for the roof in the long-term for it to be replaced in warmer weather. They came when they said they would. Also, I was not home when they did the repair, but they left me pictures showing the tear-off and work they did.

The experience was very smooth. John gave a good price quote for a basic roof, and we decided to upgrade. He gave us homes that had the shingle color we were interested in, so we could drive by and see what the roof looked like. We decided on the color on Wednesday and the job was completed on the following Wednesday. The crew was on time, very efficient and very clean. Roof Co was TOP NOTCH in every respect!!!! I would highly recommend!
