Service collection went as expected until I moved and cancelled the service. I paid quarterly which meant I had paid in advance through the end of October. I notified Randy's that I would be moving in late September and asked for a 1-month refund. They indicated their policy was not to refund any of my money. I did not strongly object and set up a final pickup date of September 26, at which time both of their trash receptacles would be picked up as well, even though I paid for an extra five weeks of service. Instead of picking up my trash and recycle containers on September 26, Randy's picked them up a week early, well before my move date. I contacted Randy's about this and was told that they made a mistake but were not willing to bring back the containers. Service with Randy's was acceptable until I informed them I was no longer going to be a customer. Service was paid for that was never received and mistakes were made by Randy's that they would not fix. Disappointing end result.

We had randys for two years and each month bill increased with fuel and misc charges, called to discontinue, we had already paid for three months in advance, (contract had been over since may) the customer service representative told me they did not have to refund my payment with which I disagreed with, they then did me a favor and refunded part of my payment and charged me $5 to send me the check. What a bad company!!! There are more affordable companies out there, stay far away from these guys!!

It went great. The guy that helped was very friendly and helpful. He saw that I had a pretty big load of stuff and went in back and got an open container that I could take to my van and fill up. It was quite a bit less expensive that I had anticipated also. After I loaded the bin, he explained how to close it so it would lock securely. It was probably a total of 10 minutes start to finish. Super nice guy.
I would way the only thing about the service is that you need to call them. I used the web form to contact them initially and never got a response. I called and left a message and a lady called me back the next day and help me find the location that was closest to me.

They do a decent job. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

They are prompt and courteous. They are very neat. They are 100% full service. You can take things to them for recycling. I recommend them. They also do document shredding. You can watch as they shred the paper, they then bundle it and haul it off to a paper mill. Nothing leaves their hands. It is very secure.
