+ -1 moreOverall, it seemed that they really didn't want the work. I found another plumber that was awesome and full service. He did the job for $1000...and I purchased high end fixtures from a retailers for about $2000. I believe I saved a lot of money as well. I would not recommend them. He also said he would provide a written estimate which he never did. He just stated a ball park figure of $3500 verbally...I didn't know what kind of fixtures that included or what.
Description of Work: They came to do an estimate and had very poor service. They would not install bath fixtures that I had purchased at a retailers. I would have to go to their special showroom to select equipment. They told me that I should break the floor open with a jackhammer because their guys get paid $150/hour.
