It went very well. He came out promptly, gave me an estimate. Then we settled on a design and materials. I wrote him a check to cover materials, and gave him the remainder at project completion. During the project, it turned out I had problems demoing my old fence (which I'd planned to do myself to save money), but Novelli and I settled on an additional amount for him to demo my old fence, and he took care of it. He did a great job, the fence turned out great, and I've already gotten positive comments from neighbors. I'm looking forward to using him for a deck next Spring.
