Terrible, no communication at all. He uses the worst contractors and half the time they don't know what's going on. We got yelled at by Tim, the owner because we pointed out mistakes during our final walk through and those mistakes were going to cost him money to fix. He was not willing to spend money. Also the work to be completed after the purchase was done by the same guys he told us he fired for poor quality and of course didn't bother making sure they got it right.
If you have a chance to read this before purchasing a Homes Plus home, don't.
