Terrible, no communication at all. He uses the worst contractors and half the time they don't know what's going on. We got yelled at by Tim, the owner because we pointed out mistakes during our final walk through and those mistakes were going to cost him money to fix. He was not willing to spend money. Also the work to be completed after the purchase was done by the same guys he told us he fired for poor quality and of course didn't bother making sure they got it right. If you have a chance to read this before purchasing a Homes Plus home, don't.
Description of Work: Purchased a new home from Homes Plus. They are the least professional team I've ever met and that starts with Tim the owner. He cuts corners and has excuses for everything. Don't bother asking him to complete anything, he won't call you back or deliver on any promises. He is a "what's good enough" builder, not a real professional who takes pride in his work. Repeat customers or referrals is something I'm certain he's still waiting to experience.
