Chris and his team at Groundwrx did an EXCEPTIONAL job with my hardscape & landscape project ~ bringing my vision for my backyard and back patio to life. Chris's attention to detail, professionalism and workmanship were all top-shelf, and he was everything any of us look for in a project partner (honest, fair, dependable, on-time, honors his commitments, and managed his crew as I would do so myself.) I can count on just a few fingers how many endorsements or reviews I've offered, but in this case, Chris and his team at Groundwrx are very deserving of my business and my praise. I won't use anyone else.

Initially, everything was fine and our patio and landscaping looked amazing. It still looks amazing; however, the customer service is an epic fail. We have tried for the past two months to contact the owner, Chris, by various methods i.e. email, voice mail, and text and we have yet to hear from him or from anyone from his company. Very disappointing!! I expressed that we were very pleased with the landscape design and the patio; however, we had some problems with the concrete area which was designed for entertaining. We paid quite a substantial amount of extra money to seal this area only to find that it now had mold. Additionally, the drainage pavers he installed had sunk and broke the pavers since he laid the pavers on top of clay. We continued to express that we were hosting my sister's wedding at the end of June for over 80 people and would love to recommend his company along with the decking company. We still had no response. We highly recommend Precision Decking for all decking designs and installations. Their customer service has been above and beyond expectations. We highly discourage anyone from using GroundWrx for any services solely based upon the extremely poor customer service. At a very minimum, we expected his company to at least respond. The fact that we received no response after two months of calling, texting and emailing, is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the 80 guests that we will be having at our house this Saturday will receive reviews to not use GroundWrx due to their extremely poor customer service. Customer who use his company will be greatly pleased as long as they do not have any issues after the services were performed.

We did not contact this provider therefore cannot provide information re: their services. How can I provide an a-f grade if I did not use the provider. Website needs to allow for this and be user friendly.

It was a great experience.

From start to finish Chris was great to work with. I'm extremely particular with my selection of plants. We worked thru 3 different rounds of our landscaping plan. We were delayed at the get go but that was due to weather not Chris and his team. Groundwrx's actually did 3 yards from start to finish in just a little over a week. They did a fantasic job tiling our sump pump so it didn't shot water into the new mulch. We also had some last minute plant changes due to plant availability but we got what we ultimately wanted. He was great to work with on getting us good deals on our trees and plants as well. Everything that was planted was larger than anticipated. Our only complaint is that the edging is too low but we are working with him to get that resolved. We will be calling on them for every landscaping project we have in the future. They were fantastic to work with.

Chris is extremely talented with vision to see the end product. He listened to my ideas and was honest to tell what would work and not work which was very much appreciated. Chris and his crew are all highly professional and easy to work with on the project. The final results far exceeded our expectations!!!
