This was part of an overall small kitchen remodel with new cabinets, countertops, & appliances in a home built in 1958. Goins has a relationship with the general contractor that I used for other pieces of this project. There was a separate contract with Goins which I paid directly. He understands St Paul building codes, met with the inspectors and worked to get all repairs completed to satisfy the city.
