THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIS FIRM WAS AS FOLLOWS; HARD TO REACH AND CONTACT THE SALES PERSON, SLOW RESPONSE TIME, OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER, SUBMITTED LOAN PAPERS ONLY TEN DAYS BEFORE THE CLOSE DATE, AND THE PAPERWORK FOR MORTGAGE WAS NOT COMPLETED PROPERLY. AS ANOTHER INDICATION OF THE INDIFFERENCE AND ARROGANCE THIS FIRM HAS TO PROBLEM RESOLUTION WITH CUSTOMERS IS THE FOLLOWING NARRATIVE. THEY RESPONDED BACK TO ANGIE'S LIST BY REQUESTING THAT I CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY, WHICH I DID VIA EMAIL TO BOTH MY CONTACT AND TO THEIR INSIDE MANAGER. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM IN A WEEK. THEIR POOR DELIVERY OF SERVICE HAS COST ME A HALF OF A PERCENTAGE POINT HIGHER MORTGAGE INTEREST RATE, WHICH OVER THE COURSE OF A LOAN WILL RUN INTO THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. THIS IS A FIRM TO DEFINITELY AVOID.
