+ -1 moreKarl did a thorough job of inspecting the house. He provided us with an accurate written estimate. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Description of Work: Karl specializes in nuisance wildlife management. He responded to our first call immediately. He came out to our house for a series of summer visits. We were having remodeling done. Prior to the remodeling, Karl inspected our house for possible entry places for pests to get into the house. Through a series of visits he sealed the outside of the house (siding to foundation, sealed roof areas and chimney flashing, sealed the garage area outside and inside and replaced dryer vents and screened the louvered attic vents).
