The most recent time we used them, we had them install an exterior outlet and change out an electric baseboard in our master bedroom. He worked quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the results. I also asked him to look another outlet that wasn't working and he took time to take a look and explain to me why it wasn't working. He did leave the face plate off, but that isn't a big deal at all (in fact I'm almost embarrased to mention it!)
