After deciding to go forward with the project, Kenny came out and looked at our problem, and then gave us an
estimate via e-mail. After looking that over, we again had Kenny come out to answer some questions.
Kenny set up installation dates etc. His crew started job on Tuesday, September 27th and finished on Thursday, September 29th.
A few minor things were left undone, so immediately upon calling that same day, one crew member came back out
and fixed these details for us. Kenny came out week later to examine project and have us sign off on the work done and
an invoice was given.
