Removed and disposed of old soffets and fascia. Replaced old support boards where necessary. Installed steel soffets and fascia. Troubleshot and caulked a section of roof above a soffet that had been the source of water seepage in old soffets. As of 2/25/15, the simple fix has been effective and we are very grateful for their expertise, additional effort, and thoughtfulness.
We have more projects that we hope to address as early as this spring. This business will be approached for a bid and may be given extra consideration.
