I WAS TRYING TO GET A FORCLOSURE AND REALLY NEEDED GUIDANCE. TOM MAYBERRY WAS GREAT AT GOING OUT OF THE WAY TO HELP GET THE DOCUMENTS IN ORDER AND EXPLAIN HOW THE PROCESS WORKED.
