Service Metro Restoration

In July of 2013, Blake Eckman from Service Metro Restoration cleared out a hall space under our garage that had been wet for some time.  He tore out the carpet, and wall and ceiling insulation and panels.  He took it all away and applied an anti-microbial.  He did an excellent job of clean up and left the work area looking spotless.  
Blake was responsive and punctual and helped us problem-solve the issue we were having with water coming in to that area of the basement.  Once demo was complete in July of 2013, we waited to have it water sealed so we could identify where the water was coming in and make the necessary repairs, which we did in May of 2014 by having a new concrete driveway apron poured and drainage landscaping done.  
Then we brought Blake back in June 2014 to complete the caulking and sealing of the block in the hall space.  Again, he was responsive and punctual, did a quality job, and did an excellent clean up.

The job went very well. He came to our house and gave us an estimate for the job. He picked up the supplies he needed, showed up on time and got the job finished early--and reduced our bill because it didn't take as much time as he thought!

We had a flood in our upstairs bathroom that ran downstairs into the walls and ceiling. We got Blakes name from a neighbor who had used him. He showed up right away and got to work drying out the basement. He then came back to repair the damage. He was punctual and kept us informed of what needed to be done and the cost. The cost was reasonable so that we did not have to report it to our insurance and file a claim. Blake was very friendly and we would recommend him to all of our friends and family.
