They did all the work within a couple days. They even charged us a little less than the bid they had originally given us. We hired them a second time to repair a washer and dryer and they came out within an hour of us calling them.

The electrical service provided was very good, but I was not informed that the company was located an hour away from Minneapolis - or that I would be charged one hour of labor for travel time to my house. I suggest that Reliance Electric lets customers in the Twin Cities area know that they will be charged an additional hour of labor on top of any electrical service provided.
