They did a very good job. They were punctual and did what they said they were going to do. They have a fair price and I’m very happy with that. He came out and did an estimate and said we will be setting down a schedule and he’ll be here and he came on time and did the work and did it just like he said he was going to and charged us what he said he was going to charge us so everything was just exactly what he said.

JD was very quick to respond with a quote and was able to schedule the job within a few days. He completed the job carefully and thoroughly. We were pleased with his methodical, well planned approach, ensuring that no further damage would be done during the removal. He made nice, clean cuts on the tree and cleaned up well. We would definitely hire him again in the future!

McAlister was the first of the three providers to respond to my request for a quote and was willing to come by on a Saturday because they were helping a friend in the area. I was very pleased by the way they kept in touch with me about when I could expect the them to come by. They were careful of the area, which was important since the tree would have killed my garage if it had fallen. It took the two of them less than an hour to get everything done and I would absolutely recommend them to nyone in need of tree service.

The tree had some heavy extended branches and the company trimmed them back. The tree looks good. The company was very professional and on time. They had to take out permits to do the work as well as inform the power company as some of the work was over power lines to the house. They were not perfect but the price was very reasonable.

Contractor arrived when expected, worked quickly and carefully to trim all the trees on our lot. Had expected neighbors to also contract with McAlister, but they were unable to do so at this time, so we called him back to get the neighbors tree trimmed at our expense. Once again arrived as expected and quickly removed the limb hitting our house as well as a number of dead branches on that tree, very reasonably priced and done quickly. Note: We got the neighbors permission prior to calling Mr. McAlister back in. I will certainly call him again when more tree work is needed.

Provider, Jan McAlister, arrived with a few minutes of appointment time, Went to work immediately trimming trees, including several limbs overhanging our yard from neighbor's trees (after confirming that it was OK with the neighbor). Cleanup was done as soon as tree limbs fell to the ground by an employee. Jan was polite and respectful at all times and took care to use appropriate safety measures while working in trees. Job was completed within a reasonable time despite warm temperatures and high humidity/Dew Point.. Price was about 10% UNDER estimate.

J.D. was quick to answer all calls and arrived right on time for both the estimate and the removal day. His bid was lower than anyone else and seemed very fair. One of the trees was a difficult three trunk that was touching the house and squeezed into a very small space between the garage and a fence. J.D. and his crew dropped the tree without damaging any of the surrounding structures--quite a feat! He and his crew were very nice and personable. They spent a lot of time cleaning up the mess and did a great job. I would recommend them highly, and will use them in the future.

It went very well. The only thing they didn't do that I think they should have done is they didn't sweep the mess and they left a big mess in the street of wood chips and leaves and things like that. I think they should have swept it. I was kind of disappointed about that. I think they do good work but the bottom line is, at the end, they don't clean up after themselves. Their professionalism is lacking as far as cleaning up afterwards. I would probably not use them again.

JD showed up to look at the dead trees I needed cut down. His quote was lower than expected. Two of the trees were hanging over the house and him and his sons did an awesome job of dropping the trees without the branches hitting the house. I told him I would take care of the clean up but he did push them into a big pile instead of just letting them lay where they fell.

I called on Monday 7/1 for an estimate. JD and his wife came out that evening and gave me a price and detailed what they would do. I told them I was in no rush but to my surprise they showed up on July 4th. I was expecting a guy and a pickup truck but JD and his wife brought a dump truck and a pickup pulling a bobcat. They got right to work, with JD trimming back the low hanging branches and later scaling the tree to do the high-up stuff. The tree looks like a tree now, instead of an overgrown mess. As he said, "Now it can breathe." They did a fantastic job trimming and shaping the tree - and they cleaned up all the twigs and clutter on the ground. I didn't time them exactly but it was about 2.5 hours total. Very, very pleased with their work, their attitude, and their attention to detail. I plan to have them back to trim up a couple other overgrown messes.

Jan dropped all the trees and just left them on the ground as we requested. We were going to do the clean up since we have a wood burning stove. No property was damaged and no one got hurt. What a blessing. Jan did a wonderful job.

We spent $1500 on that service. He did not do stump removal but just cut off and pushed aside the trees. We like that he is very direct and very honest. He had to drive a couple of hours to the site and he was willing to do that. He was also very fast. The trees had put holes in the roof, so there was water leaking in and we could not do anything to stop it till the trees were gone. So he came out on a Saturday to take them all down. He took all the trees down in about 3 hours. My dad is so happy with they work that he did.

He did a really good job and he was affordable. I have a lot of trees. It turned out really well. They did a really good job. They hauled away all the planters and in good time too. We had a tornado just after that and I didn't have to worry about tree branches falling.
