+ -1 moreThey practice "bait and switch." When they used this on me, I pulled the plug. What they advertise and tell you is not what you end up with. Expect high fees above $3,000 and an interest rate at the upper range. The loan officer I dealt with at the beginning suddenly was not available. So I spoke to someone I had never met when the "switch" occurred. The experience was similar to buying a car and dealing with "a closer."
Description of Work: Mortgage refinance. Its a scam Stay away!
