Responded promptly to call for service. They installed the garage doors as well in 2015. They do a good job.

The crew called about 30 minutes ahead of their arrival time. They arrived on time. We talked about this issue as they started their standard maintenance procedure on all doors they are called to; even down to replacing the light bulbs!! The crew diagnosed that the springs needed adjusting. It worked much better. We talked about the bracing of the opener itself. I felt that it was not as sturdy as it should be. I had the materials handy so they made it a lot more sturdy. It was so much quieter. I was very impressed with the crew as they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done correctly. They willingly answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I like the fact Eagle Garage Door Co. is locally owned and operated. I would highly recommend them as they were recommended to me!!!!

The technician was on time, 15 min before the scheduled time which I liked. He went over everything with me, how to oil parts if I wanted to. He was very nice.

Called early Monday morning for a broken spring. I had used Eagle before and was impressed the first time so called on them again. They were out by 10 in the morning and finished in no time. Once again they provided outstanding service and I was quite happy with the work. I will definitely call them again. They performed routine maintainence after replacing the spring so the door works like new again.

I called Eagle Garage Door late in the day just to see if they could help. I have used them before and had been very satisfied. They were very pleasant on the phone and did everything they could to help me. They had to reroute their technician who arrive about an hour after my call. He was very personal and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem; a wire had come loose in my garage door opener. He had to fabricate a new wire to fix the problem. Then while the box was open he lubricated all the internal gears. I like the extra mile this company seems to always go.

James called about 45 minutes before showing up and arrived as expected. I found James to be personable and a good representative to this family-run business. The springs were replaced in a short 45 minutes. The extras that came with today's visit were a lubrication of all rollers and hinges, and the drive gear. My questions were answered so now I know how to lubricate the moving parts myself if, or when, that time comes.

I called Eagle Garage Door Co on a Saturday morning regarding a crooked/broken garage door and they called me back within an hour to provide an estimate and schedule service. They gave me the option of same day, or, next business day, which is what I chose.
The repairmen arrived on time. After assessing the situation, the repairmen pointed out some other repairs that could be made to save me from further problems down the road (i.e. rollers, hinges, and bearing plates). I chose to go ahead with those repairs as well. Within an hour or less, the job was completed and the garage door is working better than it has since we bought the house 5 months ago.

Eagle Garage Door Co was able to come out very quickly, within 1 day of us calling. They were fast, efficient and we didn't pay a dime beyond the $185 listed price on Angie's.  We would definitely use them again in the future!

The guys from Eagle were out this morning to replace the torsion springs for my main garage door. They were prompt and efficient, finishing the job in about an hour. They even inspected and lubed both garage doors. Thanks for the great job guys. I will definitely call the next time I need an work for my doors.

Out initial need was to get the torsion spring replaced.  Wayne showed up on time and did a good job.  He also noticed a couple of other things that needed repair, including the garage seal, which we had him replace on both garages.  We did not feel pressured into his recommendations though.  He also gave us a deal on the second garage which was very nice.  I would call them again in the future.

Eagle Garage Door installed my prior belt drive opener in 2001. (belt drives cost a bit more and are well worth it because they are so quiet and smooth running compared to chain operated openers.)  I was impressed with the job Eagle did in 2001. 14 years later, they were the only company I considered hiring. I called for an appointment and Wayne, one of the company owners was out the next morning! He called me shortly before he arrived and finished the job by noon. He had a well maintained state-of-the-art truck that I was proud to have in my driveway. He was professional, friendly, knew his products very well and instructed me on all of the functions of my new opener. Eagle Garage Door provided excellent service!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the torsion springs on our double car garage door broke trapping both our cars in the garage.  Called Eagle Door since we had used them in past and were quite happy with the results then.  Eagle Door was completely booked up but extended their work day in order to help us.  The tech showed up around 5:00 pm, checked out the problem, explained what was needed, gave me options on the type of torsion springs  and got right to work.. He had the correct torsion springs for my door in his truck.  I was impressed on how big an inventory of repair parts he carried.  He worked very steady and was completed within an hour.  He spent almost as much time adjusting the door as replacing the springs, but when he left everything was correct and worked perfectly. He even took the time to lubricate the rollers on the door.

Very pleasant and professional technician.  I will continue to use this company for any future work I need done on my garage doors.  I would recommend this company to anyone.  I like that fact that this is a family owned business that cares about their customers. It would have been easy for them to put me off till the next day but they went out of their way to help us.

Left area clean, personable service. I called at 7 am because door was broken and I couldn't get my car out. They said it would be a day or two, I couldn't get to work so they fit me in at the end of the day.

Eagle called me at work as we had discussed an hour before the technician was to arrive so I could get home to meet him. The technician (Wayne) was a couple minutes early and I was a few minutes late getting home due to the snow. He was very understanding regarding the delay. He explained what he was going to do and he replaced both cables quickly. He then oiled all components of the garage door and opener and even replaced a burnt out bulb on the opener unit. The entire garage door now operates much more quietly and I am very appreciative of their prompt arrival and thorough service.Wayne asked if he could put one of their business stickers on the garage door and wall for my future reference and I said sure. I suggested they put their sticker over the previous service companies sticker but he did not want to do that and said "You have the right to call whoever you want in the future" That is confidence in their service and ability. Wayne and Eagle was great to work with, they cleaned up when they left and I appreciated how thorough he was. Not hoping for another garage door issue but when it happens I'll contact Eagle again.

I had a broken garage door spring on one of my two garage doors.  The tech replaced the spring and also improved the functioning of both garage doors.  I had recently purchased the home.  During my inspection, it was recommended that I replace the spring that was almost worn out and it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace both while I had someone out there.  The really bad one had finally broke.  I asked the tech about replacing the spring on the other door.  He examined it and advised it wasn't really necessary at this time.  This is in direct contrast to a previous company I had worked with at another home. The techs from the other company were putting forth a profuse effort to replace items that were showing minimal wear.  Eagle Garage Door showed much more honesty/integrity.
