Our roof is a bit unique, but they assured me they could do it. The job was well over their heads. They did not know how to finish the job and deferred to an a less than acceptable approach. Their customer service was lacking. It took over a year to get things corrected. We will never use them again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Schmidt Roofing, an exceptional company and I can't speak highly enough about the quality of their service. From start (estimate) to finish (clean up), their team displayed a level of expertise that truly impressed me. Their professionalism and commitment to quality stood out at every step of the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services, as they are a company that goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results at a reasonable cost.

They never sealed the windows and did not completely clean up after their work. They did not finish their job. I have siding coming off on multiple sides of my house. The job was done improperly. They have a low standard of work. The workmanship is done with very low quality..

The roof doesn't leak. They didn't do what they said they would do, and I kept calling them and they never called me back. The gutters aren't finished. The sales manager's cellphone mailbox was always full.

There was a small issue with their supplier when working with the windows so it took a little longer than expected, but they took care of it. The overall experience went well.
