Wouldn't recommend. Lots of excuses. Unprofessional. Dangerous. They didn't put tarps down to properly contain the hazardous lead siding that was removed. Now there are paint chips in the yard and our children are at risk. They informed us that they were the best in the business and no one could do as good of a job, but then proceeded to get a subcontractor that had never worked with Nobel, to complete the work. They took much longer than a reasonable person would expect the work to take. Unless 6 months is normal for a roof and siding on a 1 story 1,400 sq.ft home. I've been told 6 months is excessive for that job. Contractor was a "no call no show" twice when arrangements had been made to meet with him. We told them that we preferred they didn't correspond with us via text about the job. They continued to send texts... Lots of texts. They left materials at my residence for over a week after the crew left... We packed it up and returned it ourselves. They sent a man with a pitchfork who brought a random woman (she looked like a streetwalker; fuzzy leopard coat and all!) to remove some siding, no ladder or other tools, they left debris blowing all over.... We cleaned that up too.
