Tech was prompt (early even). Looked over the furnace and determined the burner was rusted and should be replaced. Ordered new burners and tech came back when part was in and replaced the burners. Shipment of the burners was delayed, but it was still warm out and heat wasn't needed.

Our AC unit stopped working (no power) and we called MES. The initial rep was very professional and polite. She immediately called their oncall tech. He called back within 30 minutes and had me try a few different things.  Problem was two fuses that went bad, which was one of his recommended items to try.  Very good service at no cost to me (other than the fuses).  Thanks, Chris

They were excellent to work with. We don't like high pressure pitches and they were nice. Came in did the estimate and after several other estimates a month later told them they had the job. The installation guys were very knowlegeable and worked like clockwork together. Seven hours for installation, they showed us tips, helped us with paperwork for rebates, and after they left you couldn't tell they were even here. Warmer in our house though, the fan on the blower is stronger and it circulates the air better. Would recommend this company to my best friend.

They have been very good. Their prices are fair. They were prompt, polite and accommodating. They seemed to be pretty good at problem solving. I haven’t compared their pricing. I will absolutely continue to use them.
