Went very smoothly. The turnaround time was less than 30 days and the title company and attorneys were surprised at how smoothly the transaction went -- I closed in less than 2 hours. FYI, I had originally tried going through a mortgage broker I used before, which unknown to me at the time was also offering the exact same ING mortgage but packaged by them. This mortgage company was adding points to the rate as well as their own closing costs. ING's rate was over 1 full percentage point lower than most every other quote I received saving me over a hundred dollars per month in payments. If you need hand holding this may not be your ideal mortgage company, but you will be hard pressed to find a lower rate/closing costs -- well worth any extra effort.

They are solely an on-line company. Whenever we called them for questions, they were very helpful. Our paper work was processed on time we got a really good rate. They also didn t require PMI insurance which most mortgage companies need upfront.
