The process was quick and very affordable. They have no branches so everything was done over the phone and by fax. We needed to close in less than 30 days and they were able to quickly qualify us and get the loan processed. Their rates and closing costs beat everyone we checked locally. I've used them for savings and CDs for a while and definitely recommend them.

WOW - VERY SIMPLE PROCESS AND SINCE EVERYTHING IS ONLINE AND THEY HAVE NO BUILDINGS, THEY CAN OFFER GREAT RATES. NO CLOSING COSTS, THE LAWYER CAME TO OUR HOUSE AT OUR CONVENIENCE FOR THE CLOSING, AND WE HAVE NO COSTS IF WE TERMINATE THE LINE BECAUSE WE SELL THE HOUSE OR OTHERWISE. DEFINITELY A GREAT DEAL AND EVERYONE WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH.
