Description of Work: We had the bathroom gutted and remodeled. Impressed with the level of professionalism from each of the workmen. They did a great job in a timely manner. Good job of clean up each day and at end of project. Would defintly use this company again.

Description of Work: replaced laminate flooring in living room, kitchen and hallways. This was the 2nd job we've had Home Check Plus do for us. They are very easy to work with. We had some trouble with the flooring (provided by us)expanding too much and buckling due to high humidity in our home this year and they very quickly came out when we called them 3 month after the job to try and alleviate the problem. We are currently using them for a bathroom remodeling project to be done in December of this year.

+ -1 moreThe bid was done promptly and Matt Cecko, the sales rep, was very personable and helpful. The cost was reasonable. They were able to work within our schedule requirements and got the job done when promised (roughly a week start to finish). All the workmen were friendly and knowledgeable and the work seems to be high quality (though its early to really tell yet - just finished the job yesterday.). The job site was cleaned up beautifully every night leaving no evidence that they were working (other than the changes to our house, of course.) even with the demolition of the fireplace and attached brick planter box. The crew was careful to protect the floors and put up a dust barrier to keep the construction mess contained to the one affected room. They brought their own dumpster which was removed every evening. All in all, we were very pleased with the whole process and the results. We will definitely consider using them again for future projects.
Description of Work: Removed fireplace/chimney and oversized picture window and replaced with 2 smaller windows. This required them to rebuild a section of the wall and replace all the siding on the front of the house since our existing siding was no longer available.
